CHRISTMAS RECITAL: Our 18th Annual Holiday Benefit Showcase
will be held at on Saturday, December 21st, 7:00 pm. Tickets go on sale starting Saturday, December 7th. Dress Rehearsal
will be from 1:00-3:00 pm on Saturday, Dec. 21st. In-studio rehearsals will be held on Monday & Tuesday, December 16-17.
Schedules have been handed out. Christmas Pajamas will be worn. An information sheet has been given to each child explaining
this years recital. Please read through and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

HOLIDAY VIDEO ORDERS--Video order forms will be available after
Christmas Break in January. This form must be filled out in full, signed, and payment made when order is filled. Please
hand in all forms to the academy.

RECITAL INFORMATION . . .an information sheet has been given to each child explaining this years Holiday
Benefit Showcase. Please read through and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. However, all students
will be wearing Christmas Pajamas and shoes. All past due accounts must
be brought up-to-date by 9 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 17th in order for your child to participate in the show.
Students interested can ask
for a raffle ticket packet to help defray costume cost. All tickets and monies must be handed in by Tuesday Dec 18. Also,
the candles will arrive sometime after December 1st. Information on exact pick-up date will be written on the board outside
Each student should have paid two costume deposits of $25 per student in October, November and December.
If you have not done so, your costume will not be ordered the first week of December. If you plan on participating
in our Spring Showcase, please remit costume deposit no later than Saturday, Dec 1. Final balance will be due on February
1 and you will receive a statement stating the balance owed (specific individual costume cost will not be available). The
many fundraisers that have been held during the past four months, if you participated, go directly towards your costumes.
If you are not participating in the Spring Show (June), please sign your child's name at the front desk no later than Dec.
1. A statement will be given to you starting January 6th. Most costume cost are approximately $50 per routine for Monday
& Thursday classes per student and $70-$80 per routine for Tuesday & Wednesday classes per student.
