$25 non-refundable fee for 1st child; $40 Family
RATES
All classes are based on 4 meeting installment periods including classes,
rehearsals and shows. The class fees stay the same regardless if they miss. If a student withdraws from class,
a written notice to the studio must be handed in before class fees are stopped. All fees are due by the due
date listed. Late fees after the due date are $15 if paid within seven days and $30 if eight or more days late.
(Payment must be in studio or postmarked by due date--not just dated the
due date). NSF fees are $30 for returned checks. No refunds are given for any reason regarding registration
fees, class fees, costume fees, fundraisers, competition fees, t-shirt fees, videos, or recital tickets.

PAYMENT
5% discount if year paid in full at registration
4% discount if 1/2 year paid at registration
Payment (payable to Center Stage) may be made by cash, money order, or personal
check at the academy; money order or check mailed to PO Box 604, Celina, OH 45822; or Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express/Paypal
or debit cards on this website. You will need to add a $2 fee for usage of a debit/credit card per $50 spent. |
